Most of our technology is provided at no cost to our Brokers.
We asked brokers what they felt like other IMO’s were missing, and the top three were Training, Support and Resources, so we built our TSR (Training, Support and Resources) platform based on that. Our TSR model will provide brokers with everything they need to build a successful business. We even include multiple weekly TSR sessions with a live trainer so you can get the answers and tools you need.
Our business is not built on the backs of our brokers, so as a rule, we provide some of the highest tier commissions available. Instead, we build our business on overrides from the carriers, so in most cases, we provide a higher commission level than any other IMO, and almost always higher than you would receive by directly contracting with a carrier.
